Fruit Kabobs & Dip
Yield: 3 servings
6 strawberries, hulled, halved lengthwise
12 Sun Rich Golden Sweet™ pineapple chunks
12 Sun Rich honeydew chunks or balls
12 bamboo skewers
1/2 cup strawberries, hulled, diced
1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1 tsp. honey
- Place halved strawberries, pineapple and melon balls on skewers, alternating 1 strawberry half, 1 pineapple chunk and 1 melon chunk/ball on each.
- To prepare dip, whirl remaining strawberries, yogurt and honey in blender until smooth. Put in bowl; surround with fruit skewers for dipping.
