Minted Citrus Salad

Yield: 6 servings

Recipe Ingredients:

32 Sun Rich grapefruit sections
32 Sun Rich orange sections

1/2 c fresh mint leaves
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c dried cranberries

Recipe Method:
1. Cut grapefruit and orange segments in half to allow bite-size pieces. Combine fruit in large shallow bowl.
2. Place mint and sugar in processor. Using on/off turns, blend until mint is finely chopped, occasionally scraping down sides of bowl.
3. Sprinkle mint sugar and dried cranberries over fruit; serve.
