Fresh Preservative-Free Fruit al Fresco is ideal for those wanting to offer a preservative-free fruit product, but with a longer shelf life than existing fresh-cut or in-house processed fruit. Because of its 16-day shelf life, Fresh Preservative-Free Fruit al Fresco is ideal for higher-turnover cafes and restaurants, buffets, hotels, colleges/universities, catering, limited-service restaurants, airlines, and healthcare environments.
What’s the shelf life of the product?
Fresh Preservative-Free Fruit al Fresco products have a 16-day shelf life from the date they’re processed (10 days for melon-only products). Each pail has a date code printed on it, indicating the recommended best before date. To maintain the best possible quality and ensure customers have an excellent experience with Fresh Preservative-Free Fruit al Fresco, we recommend storing it at 33-40° F (1-4° C).
Are there any preservatives?
