Leanne Johnson, MBA Vice President, Human Resources Leanne is responsible for keeping Sun Rich’s culture fresh by bringing our mission, vision and values to life through the way we work together. Leanne joined Sun Rich in 2000, as our Human Resources Manager. She has an MBA from Royal Roads University; and a BA and Human Resources Certificate, both from the University of Calgary. Leanne has worked with several public and private organizations in BC and Alberta, including the Greater Vancouver Regional District (GVRD) and Coopers & Lybrand. Leanne has also authored two New Employee Orientation guides for the American Society for Training & Development. In 2002, Leanne was promoted to Director, Human Resources to further facilitate Sun Rich's growth in staff. She was then appointed Vice President, Human Resources in the fall of 2004. Whether it is developing new performance tools or facilitating training – Leanne brings enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to the boardroom and production floor. For fun, Leanne and her husband Mark enjoy skiing, hiking, kayaking, traveling, world music, and wine. < Back
